Markham Kitchen and Garage Addition

The owners of a 1942 home in the Markham Neighborhood were looking to expand and update their existing kitchen and attached single car garage. Our solution was to create a large addition housing two cars, laundry and mechanical equipment and a storage loft. The new kitchen was redesigned to stretch from the front to back of the house all by removing the existing wall at the dining room, utility services and equipment from the back to give them much needed space, light and views to their serene backyard. We took great care to design the addition to become an attractive addition by matching roof profiles, exterior materials and details.
